Early Life
Ever since she can remember, music has orchestrated the voice of expression through rhythmic words.
This introduced the freedom to be an individual and love.
The passion for music grew vastly as she found herself constantly writing new lyrics during school hours.
Sharna took matters into her own hands, whilst leaving education to find herself faced with windows of opportunities.
Sloozie
'Sloozie' originates from the term 'slewed', which was commonly used to describe the defeat of an opponent lyrically.
She was known for her quick punchlines and captivating flow, this highlighted her strengths whilst writing.
Her biggest inspirations musically include Michael Jackson, Ms Dynamite, Simply-Red, Stevie Wonder and Eminem.
These artists were distinct and true to themselves throughout their careers, which is what Sloozie tries to portray in her songs from the beginning until present date.
Steps Taken
Through music she discovered the need to explore other art forms which directed her route towards drama.
in this stage she starred in Scratched out the musical, which sold out riverside studios and lyric hammersmith.
She then went on to feature in OAPz her second musical alongside Jean Boht, a well known English Comedian that starred in 'Bread'.
This brought an instant recognition as her music video snippet 'Blessings' was aired on BBC News.
During this experience, grew the desire to write and direct her own Musical entitled 'One Chance'.
Her aims became to empower the youth of today, showing them that anything is possible with focus and determination.
Performances
Sharna has been privileged to perform for a wide range of audiences around London.
These include the likes of; ACLT (African Caribbean Luekemia Trust) a fund raising charity showcase, Save Haiti another fund raising charity event,
Get Familyar a family showcase, Sistova, Last day of Decadence, Hammersmith Outlaw Festival and many other community based projects.
Acknowledging the adrenalin rush and feeding off the crowds reaction has allowed 'Sloozie' to embrace the negativity and create a positive equal.
Whilst on stage Sharna is known to leave her stamp on the audience as she provides a mixture of Drama and Musicality.
Future
In the future Sharna sets to take the world by storm with heartfelt presence and spread music relating to everyone within everyday scenarios.
Starting with schools,Youth centres, Play schemes and other facilities provided for young people, promoting uplifting messages through music and art.
Birthed Sharna Longville, A Dreamer who has always wanted to succeed in everything that came into her pathway.
